  • When should I expect to receive my confirmation

We aim to get your customer statement sent to you as soon as possible, although it can take up to 7 working days during busy periods.

  • When should I expect to receive my tickets?

You should expect to receive your tickets 10-14 days before you are due to travel.

  • Are transfers included in the cost of my holiday?

Transfers may be included, it all depends on what type of holiday you have booked. We will always confirm these details with you at the time of booking. If they’re not included, they will be always be available as an optional extra.

  • Do I need a Visa?

Certain countries do require a Visa to enter the country. Although we do try to advise of any visa that is required, we do recommend that for the most up to date information that you contact the relevant embassy of the country you are travelling to.

  • I am travelling to the USA. How do I get my ESTA?

An ESTA is required for all travel to the USA for any persons travelling for less than 90 days. The cost of an ESTA is approximately $14.00pp and each person travelling requires one. You can apply for an ESTA online by visiting http//:esta.cbp.dhs.gov

  • Do I need to do my online check in?

We would always recommend you do your online check in. If you are having any trouble doing so then please do not hesitate to contact our after sales team who will be happy to help.

  • Do I need travel insurance?

Yes you will need fully comprehensive travel insurance. We recommend you get this in place at the time of booking as it will cover you from then, not just on your holiday. Some cruise lines can deny boarding to anyone travelling without adequate travel insurance.

  • Can I book airport car parking and airport hotels with you?

  • Are the holidays on your website ATOL protected?
